The Artist

Adekunle Adeleke is a digital artist and illustrator from Nigeria.
His style is a combination of realism and surrealism and his work in inspired by artists such as Kehinde Wiley, Lionel Smit, Rembrandt and William-Adolphe Bouguereau.
Adekunle’s work contributes to the positive representation of Black women worldwide and he is influenced by strong, confident Black women, which he uniquely depicts with a sense of soulfulness and vulnerability in the eyes of each piece.
